I am Dr Jeremy Hinks, Director and Leadership & Development Coach with Alpamayo Coaching Ltd.  I am a qualified and credentialed coach (PCC, International Coaching Federation) with over 40 years of professional experience. 

 

I provide 1-2-1 and group coaching, virtually or face to face.  Alongside, I offer facilitation and training with the necessary consultancy to support you to arrive at the right service for you.  Everything I do is centred around helping you to 'think about your thinking' (TAYT).

 

More than thirty five years in the work-place has provided me with many skills and experiences that I draw upon while coaching others.  I have worked in leadership roles in the public and private sector, and worked on local, national and international projects.  I have represented my peers through my activities in professional bodies, most particularly in the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC, CChem) and the Higher Education Academy (Senior Fellow HEA).
