Alpamayo - Experience
At the end of each coaching partnership I ask each client to capture the experience they had in three words, collated here into a word cloud (immediately below). It is fascinating for me to see and reflect on the strongest dimensions of that experience as it may well be for you. It is also fascinating to see the breadth of the different experiences and the sort of language used to describe it. It really does demonstrate how each coaching partnership is unique.
Alpamayo - Impact
I also ask for three words to describe what they sense of the impact of being coached by me. The diversity of what people take from coaching is extraordinary. It really shows the benefits of giving someone time to do their thinking and feeling in a space where they feel safe enough to be open to challenge.
